Easy Skill Australia Pty Ltd (“Easy Skill”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides online professional training programs through a proprietary e-learning platform.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern:
access to and use of the Easy Skill website and e-learning platform, and
the purchase and use of Easy Skill’s online training programs, including but not limited to language, cultural, safety, compliance and professional development modules.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing any training program, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these T&C:
“Account” means the personal user account created to access the Platform and Training Content.
“Content” means all materials provided through the Platform, including videos, documents, PDFs, exercises, graphics, assessments and related resources.
“Platform” means the Easy Skill online learning environment.
“Training Program” means any online training module or course offered by Easy Skill.
“Services” means access to the Platform and Training Programs.
“User” / “Learner” means any individual accessing the Website or Training Programs.
4. Age Restrictions
Users under the age of 18 may access the Platform only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Any purchase must be made by an adult.
5. Account Creation and Security
To access paid Training Programs, Users must create an Account.
Users agree to:
provide accurate and up-to-date information,
keep login credentials confidential,
notify Easy Skill immediately of any unauthorised access.
Easy Skill shall not be liable for losses resulting from the misuse of Account credentials.
6. Description of the Training Programs
Easy Skill Training Programs are delivered entirely online and generally include:
pre-recorded video modules,
downloadable learning materials (including PDFs),
exercises and assessments,
self-paced access via the Platform,
a certificate of completion, where applicable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Training Programs do not include live sessions.
7. Orders, Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in AUD, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Access to a Training Program is granted only after payment confirmation.
No part of the Website constitutes a binding contractual offer.
A contract is formed only once Easy Skill confirms the order by email.
8. Access Duration and Licence
Access to a Training Program is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Access is:
personal,
non-exclusive,
non-transferable,
limited to the licensed period.
Sharing access or Content with third parties is strictly prohibited.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Training Programs:
once access to a Training Program has been granted, no refunds will be issued,
by purchasing a Training Program, the User expressly agrees to immediate access to digital content and waives any right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.
Exceptional refund requests may be considered at Easy Skill’s sole discretion.
10. Certificates of Completion
Some Training Programs may include a certificate of completion.
Certificates:
confirm completion of the relevant Training Program,
do not constitute academic degrees or formal qualifications,
do not guarantee professional, operational or employment outcomes.
11. Intellectual Property
All Content remains the exclusive property of Easy Skill or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited licence to access Content for personal or internal professional development purposes only.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit the Content.
12. Acceptable Use of the Platform
Users must not:
upload or share unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content,
misuse the Platform for unauthorised communications or spam,
impersonate Easy Skill staff or other users.
Easy Skill reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts in case of misuse.
13. Availability and Technical Requirements
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Easy Skill does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for disruptions caused by:
hosting or internet service providers,
technical failures,
force majeure events.
Users are responsible for their own equipment and internet access.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Skill shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential losses,
loss of business, revenue or opportunity,
results or outcomes not achieved following a Training Program.
Nothing in these T&C limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
15. Corporate & B2B Licensing
Easy Skill offers corporate and bulk licensing solutions for organisations wishing to provide Training Program access to multiple users.
Corporate licences:
are arranged outside the Platform,
are governed by a separate commercial agreement or order form,
may include customised access terms, volumes or reporting.
In the event of a conflict, the corporate agreement shall prevail over these T&C.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
Data is used solely for:
account management,
delivery of Training Programs,
certification and related communications.
17. Changes to Services and T&C
Easy Skill reserves the right to:
update Training Content,
modify Training Programs,
amend these T&C.
The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.

Easy Skill Australia Pty Ltd is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) within the meaning of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.
The Training Programs provided by Easy Skill:
are not accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF),
do not constitute nationally recognised training,
do not lead to any AQF qualification, unit of competency or formal credit.
Any certificates or confirmations of completion issued by Easy Skill are issued for internal, informational or professional development purposes only and do not replace, substitute or equate to any regulated vocational education or training.
